Olympic Sports Center Digital Twin Security Command System
Targeting digital-twin security scenarios for large venues, this practice follows the overall approach of “visualized scenes, dynamic resources, and practical applications”. Supported by a Mapmost-based 3D real-scene platform and technologies such as human-in-the-loop mapping, it serves the daily security and major-event command work of the Suzhou Public Security Bureau Industrial Park Branch, enhancing multi-dimensional situational monitoring of major events and real-world security effectiveness.

Platform Construction Results
Real-scene Security Site Restoration
Builds a 3D geographic model of the large venue, mapping all surveillance elements and restoring deployment positions, mirroring the on-site security scene into the digital twin world for a more intuitive safeguarding process.
Comprehensive Event Situation Monitoring
Integrates real-time data on video surveillance, personnel distribution and crowd density for a full-scene view of event situations, detecting gathering risks and trampling hazards early, and aiding command decisions and police deployment.
Platform Construction Approach
3D Digital Twin Scene Depiction
Stereoscopic building presentation | Restoration of monitoring deployment space

Building a 3D geographic information model of large venues and an Olympic Center security scene foundation on Mapmost, it maps all monitoring elements and restores deployment positions one-to-one — removing the lack of spatial and indoor realism in 2D maps to faithfully restore the security site and replicate real-world elements into the digital-twin world in real time, making the guarantee process more intuitive.
Spatial Positioning of Scene Monitoring
Scene video restoration | Reverse positioning of monitor locations | Quick access to live monitoring

Based on the 3D scene, live monitoring feeds are retrieved from the virtual scene for one-to-one correspondence; reverse positioning from video frames quickly locates the monitoring's spatial address info. Building a virtual-real scene with point-to-point video linkage greatly shortens video retrieval and positioning time, accelerating investigation of abnormal events.
Full-scene Personnel Distribution
Crowd situation in one view | Real-time crowd gathering sensing | Precise personnel position restoration

Real-time video-stream personnel restoration parses and maps people from video frames into the 3D digital scene, computing distribution density and restoring scattered video personnel info into the virtual scene — showing personnel distribution during events at a macro, intuitive level, spotting gathering hazards and stampede risks early, issuing warnings and pre-emptive crowd-control measures, and aiding commanders in police deployment decisions.
